ABOUT

Hi, my name is Erica and I have a fragrance allergy.
A year or so ago (circa November 2017), I developed a pretty gnarly fragrance allergy – not a fun time in my life. Since then, I was forced to completely rethink (and restock) my beauty routine.
Although updating all of my skincare and makeup products has been challenging (both emotionally, and financially), I’ve learned a few things along the way – from discovering a game-changing app that makes finding fragrance-free products a whole lot easier, to gaining a better understanding of the ingredients going into the products I use every day.
Please note that I started this blog before I developed my fragrance allergy, so some of my older beauty posts contain non-fragrance-free products. For your convenience, I’ve tagged these posts as “Not Fragrance-Free“. If you’re interested in reading more about my fragrance-free journey, feel free to peruse my posts tagged as “Fragrance-Free“ which highlight the products and tips I’ve discovered thus far.

DISCLAIMER
I am not a doctor or a health expert. The products I highlight as fragrance-free are products that work for me – meaning they have not irritated my skin or caused me to have an allergic reaction. My fragrance allergy may be different from yours, and these products may or may not work for you. Please make sure to consult a dermatologist.
